Where should I park?
We recommend the Broadway and Cypress parking garage – parking is available all day, and free for the first hour. We do not advise parking at meters, as enforcement is swift, and we cannot feed meters. Lastly, we advise you to allow at least 10-20 minutes for parking before your appointment at Changes Salon & Day Spa.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can have a few moments to unwind. If you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before your facial or massage appointment you are welcome to enjoy complimentary use of our steam room. You may want to relax in our Aqua Terra Room with our 16-foot water wall or commune with nature in our Garden Courtyard.
What amenities do you have?
Men’s and Women’s locker rooms offer showers and styling aids, as well as steam rooms for use with Spa services. For your comfort and enjoyment, there is an Aqua Terra room with a 16 ft water wall, a garden terrace, and a tea bar. Wine is also available anytime on request.
Can I Bring My Children?
We offer some services for children and welcome them when they are scheduled for services, with a guardian able to attend to their needs. For children under 16, parents must be present for the consultation and service time, as needed.
Do you offer consultations?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary 15-minute consultations for most of our services, and even require it for some.
Do you offer series or rewards programs?
Series at Changes Salon & Day Spa allows you to experience treatments at a discounted price. Simply prepay for a series of 3 or 6 of the same Massage or Facial service and receive a 5%(with 3) or 10%(with 6) discount.
Our Changes Perks Program allows you to accrue points towards discounts on products and services. By opting in with our Guest Service team, you can earn points by purchasing products or Gift Certificates, referring a friend, or pre-booking your visit, among other things. What brands do you carry?
We are proud to offer Bumble & Bumble, Kevin Murphy, Nioxin and Evolvh as professional and at home hair care. We also proudly use and carry Cosmedix for all of your skincare needs, OPI nail care, and GloMinerals makeup.
Additionally we seasonally feature lines such as Elizabeth W., Lazarus Naturals, Moroccanoil, Revitalash, Patchology, and Whiskey River, just to name a few.
Lastly, our hand-blended and naturally sourced line- Renew by Changes- offers body care lotions, salts and soaps in a range of scents to suit your mood.
How do I schedule for a group?
All we need to schedule your group are the names of individuals participating, the date requested, and any time restrictions. We strongly advise booking at least three to six weeks in advance, additionally, the larger the group, the farther in advance we recommend booking in order to have a choice of your desired services.

How long do I have to use a gift card from Changes?
Gift Cards are one of our favorite things – especially to gift – because they never expire! They can be used towards any product or service (not gratuity) and can be purchased at our front desk or in our online shop. Purchase for any dollar amount, leaving the recipient with their choice of Changes’ services and boutique offerings.
Gift Card specials vary by season, but can always be found here. Separate from gift cards, vouchers or coupons in those specials will have expiration dates and offers may only be available for in-store pickup. Restrictions may apply, please ask us for details!
