  • Service Pairing: Vouchers provide one (1) complimentary enhancement to be added to a full-service appointment within the same department (e.g., Hair Enhancement must be added to a Hair Service; Massage Enhancement must be added to a Massage Service).
  • Online Purchases: For gift cards purchased online, vouchers will be mailed to the purchaser’s billing address.
  • Booking: Please mention your Seasonal Upgrade Voucher at the time of booking to ensure specific product availability for your enhancement.
  • Limit: One voucher per guest, per visit.
  • Exclusions: Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be applied toward retail products, gratuities, or gift card purchases. Not valid with other offers, series, or discounted packages.
  • Requirements: Original voucher must be presented at time of check-out. Changes Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
